Brussels allocates 30 billion euros to create seven AI super-factories, and from Sunday, it will introduce strict controls and sanctions against the developers of leading AI models. Hungary is also participating in the technological race, joining a Polish consortium project. However, the EU’s future development efficiency remains questionable.

Brussels would mobilize more than 30 billion euros to create seven AI super-companies, and from Sunday, it will have significant enforcement and sanctioning powers against developers of the world’s most powerful models. Hungary will also participate in the technological race, and as a participant in the Polish-led consortium, it will gain access to significant computing capacity. However, only time will tell whether the EU can effectively develop or haphazardly enter the technological race that will shape the future.
