The real estate sector has several measures that can be implemented immediately to help reduce energy consumption and ease the strain on the power grid in the current extraordinary situation. The Real Estate Developers Round Table Association (IFK) has worked with its industrial and office market working groups, as well as its member companies, domestic and international real estate developers, owners and operators, to develop a practical package of recommendations for operating office buildings, industrial and logistics properties.
