This weekend, Formula 1 will begin at the Hungaroring, where Portfolio’s colleagues also had the opportunity to get behind the scenes. Invited by DHL, we visited the paddock, which is the closed, operational center of the racing track. Here, the teams’ trucks and multi-story motorhomes, which are also hospitality and office buildings, are parked, and engineers and media representatives also work here. The teams were already in full preparation for the weekend race, with mechanics working in the garages, trucks were constantly moving around, and behind it all was the logistics system that would be needed for any race weekend to take place.
