In Budapest, Wing and KPMG have finalized the largest office rental agreement of the year: the consulting firm will receive a custom-designed office building of over 8,000 square meters on Váci Street. The uniqueness of the project is that Wing is creating a complete office building according to a build-to-suit concept, tailored to the long-term requirements of a single tenant, which is considered a very rare concept in the current Budapest office market – according to the real estate developer’s press release.
