OTP has made a comprehensive acquisition, and this is the story of its largest acquisition.

OTP Bank has signed an agreement with a consortium of private equity funds managed by Blackstone and DNB Bank to acquire Luminor, which will be the third largest bank group in the Baltic region. This is OTP’s largest acquisition to date.
