MFB has reviewed the 100 million HUF private equity fund investments.
With the agreement of MFB and the ministry, the operations and investment decisions of MKIK Tőkealap-kezelő Zrt. were reviewed. Based on collaborations and application evaluations, the program’s total budget will be adjusted based on compliance. To facilitate access to capital and loans for businesses, the investment period will be extended by four months.

The MFB, in agreement with the Ministry of Ownership Rights, and in cooperation with the asset manager, reviewed the activities and investment decisions of MKIK Tőkealap-kezelő Zrt., a 100% owned company of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MKIK), which manages the Demján Sándor Investment Private Equity Fund. Following the discussions and the evaluation of the applications, the program’s total budget will be adjusted to match the number of eligible companies. To ensure that companies have access to capital and loans, the investment period will be extended by four months, the bank announced.
