The Budapest Green Panel program launched in Zugló aims to modernize the energy efficiency of apartment buildings and housing cooperatives in the XIV district. The program will run until October 15, 2026, and consists of two stages. The first stage offers free technical preparation, while significant non-refundable support is provided during implementation.
