IKEA Hungary and the Trade Employees Union (KASZ) have reached an agreement, according to which employees will receive a one-time, gross salary of 100,000 forints in August, proportional to their working hours. The decision aims to alleviate financial pressure caused by high inflation, as a supplement to the spring salary adjustments, according to a statement released by the company.
