Huge sums have been invested in real estate in Hungary: a single company dominates half of the market.
In the first half of this year, the domestic real estate investment market turnover amounted to 462 million euros, according to a CBRE Hungary LinkedIn post. The CBRE Hungary Investment Properties team was involved in approximately 60 percent of the transactions. Gábor Borbély, CBRE’s research director, will also be a speaker at our Property Investment Forum conference.
