By mid-July, Netriskné had issued 220,000 travel insurance policies, representing a 12.6% increase compared to the previous year. In the summer season, cars are the most popular mode of transport, with nearly 43,000 travelers purchasing insurance, and three-quarters of them also have vehicle assistance. Croatia is the most popular destination, and competition among insurers for travelers is increasing.
By mid-July, more than 220,000 travel insurance policies were purchased at Netrisknél, 12.6 percent more than a year ago. In the summer season, cars remain the most common means of transportation: nearly 43,000 travelers purchased insurance, and three-quarters of them also included vehicle assistance. Croatian is the clear favorite destination for summer travelers, appearing in more than a third of travel destinations. The competition for travelers has intensified among insurers, according to the company.
