According to the latest Eurostat data, air passenger transport prices in Hungary decreased by 13.6 percent year-on-year in June 2026, while the European Union experienced a 3.1 percent increase. This is a favorable change, but it is important to note that the Hungarian data was previously at an extremely high level, so the decrease can also be interpreted as a correction due to the high base.
