A new logistics center near the Hungarian airport will operate almost entirely on green energy.
CTP Hungary and Quick Service Logistics (QSL) have signed a long-term lease agreement for the construction of a more than ten-thousand square meter distribution center in the CTPark in Vecses. The new, modern and energy-efficient warehouse, which meets specific temperature requirements, is expected to be handed over in October 2026. Gundi Ferenc, the managing director of CTP Hungary, will also participate in the Property Investment Forum conference, where registration is recommended.
