A Hungarian warehouse market is experiencing a major shift: many new halls have been built, yet vacant spaces are still plentiful.
The domestic modern industrial and logistics real estate market expanded to over 6.5 million square meters by the second quarter of 2026. Approximately 118,000 square meters of new warehouse space were completed, while demand from tenants in the capital city decreased slightly. Nevertheless, the vacancy rate generally improved.
