A flurry of resignations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: the ambassadors to Washington, Moscow, and London are also being recalled.
According to news published in Magyar Közlöny, the resignations of 25 ambassadorial representatives were announced. The most affected locations include Washington, Moscow, London, and Kyiv, where Takács Szabolcs Ferenc, Konkoly Norbert Attila, Kumin Ferenc, and Heizer Antal are leaving. Changes also affect the embassies in Belgrade, Prague, and London, as well as Hungary’s representations to NATO, the UN, the Council of Europe, and the WTO.

A Friday’s Magyar Közlöny announced the dismissal of 25 ambassadors and heads of diplomatic missions. The most significant affected posts include Washington, where Szabolcs Ferenc Takács is leaving, Moscow, where Attila Konkoly Norbert is leaving, London, where Ferenc Kumin is leaving, and Kyiv, where Antal Heizer is leaving. Changes will also occur at the embassies in Belgrade, Poznań, and Prague, as well as at the head of Hungary’s representation to NATO, the UN, the Council of Europe, and the WTO.
